∎ Currently AAL is looking for dynamic, smart and efficient personnel with relevant skills and knowledge under Commercial department in Air Alliance Ltd.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop key customer relations (specially reseller customer) in collaboration with team members
∎ Conduct regular visits to review service performance with the customer
∎ Maintain high level executive relationships within the customer accounts
∎ Undertake responsibility for resolving customer issues
∎ Actively collect competitor’s pricing, marketing and service intelligence to counter threats
∎ Work with Finance function to reduce Days Outstanding for improving corporate cash flow and bad debt
∎ Drive new customer on boarding
∎ Prepare necessary projects to drive channel(reseller) revenue
∎ Maximize uses of necessary tools /applications to achieve territory target
∎ Promote and encourage heightened awareness of competitive and general economic trends to ensure maintenance and improvement of market positioning and market share.
