∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [Languages Required: Bengali & English].
∎ Strong problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.
∎ Ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously (phone, chat, email).
∎ Proficiency in online tools, chat systems, and CRM platforms.
∎ High typing speed with accuracy (preferred for chat & email support).
∎ Expert on MS Office.
∎ Basic knowledge of mobile operating systems (iOS & Android) for tech-related inquiries.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to support company growth.
∎ Prepare detailed project profiles and proposals for new initiatives.
∎ Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and feasibility studies.
∎ Prepare day-to-day reports and performance updates for the Manager.
∎ Support strategic planning with data-driven insights and recommendations.
∎ Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
∎ Assist in coordination with internal teams for project execution.
