Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Officer to expand our outreach and drive growth within the education sector. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in business development or sales, with strong communication and negotiation skills. The candidate should be open to frequent travel across Bangladesh and possess the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with students, parents, and institutional partners, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting organizational expansion.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the education sector through outreach, networking, and market research.
• Build strong relationship with institutional network and collaborate closely with counsellors and branch management for walking.
• Be accountable for branch walk-in numbers, ensuring data is shared with Tele-callers and timely follow-up done to meet monthly walk-in targets.
• Conduct presentations, seminars, and info sessions to engage prospective students and increase brand visibility.
• Achieve sales and business growth targets by driving student enrollments and partnerships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and effective follow-up with leads.
• Prepare business proposals, reports, and updates for management on market trends and progress.
• Represent the organization at education fairs, events, and partner meetings across Bangladesh.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of study abroad programs, admissions requirements, and industry trends to provide accurate guidance.
• Travel frequently across Bangladesh to meet clients, conduct outreach activities, and strengthen regional presence.
