We are seeking a dynamic Branch Manager – Branch Operations to oversee day-to-day branch activities, drive team performance, and ensure operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, and team leadership, with experience in outreach and relationship-building. Female candidates are highly encouraged to apply. Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily branch operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and effective workflows.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the branch team to achieve sales, service, and operational goals for the company.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze branch performance, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the Country Head to design and execute branch business plans, growth strategies, and market expansion initiatives.
- Drive student recruitment and outreach activities, ensuring strong pipelines and conversion rates.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with students, parents, institutions, and other key stakeholders.
- Ensure superior client service by promptly addressing queries, resolving issues, and maintaining a customer-first culture.
- Manage branch compliance with company policies, financial procedures, and local regulations.
- Identify business opportunities through market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of trends in the study abroad consultancy sector.
- Oversee branch reporting, budgets, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and profitability.
