Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/MBA
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare and implementation monthly work plan according to project work plan;
∎ Coordinate different stakeholders for development of poultry business environment
∎ Arrange different training for skill development of livestock service providers and ensure services of poultry rearing;
∎ Provide special helps to the poultry rearers with input support;
∎ Organize meeting and workshop for all stakeholders at upazila and district level
∎ Build and maintain strong communication with different Government, Non-government service providers and market actors;
∎ Regular field visit and give necessary technical advisory services to the poultry rearers;
∎ Prepare different periodic reports (Monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annually) for organization and donor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 years of experience in value chain or market development activities;
∎ Excellent skill in generating reports;
∎ Liaison capacity with different stakeholders;
∎ Excellent computer skills (MS word, Excel and Power Point);
∎ Able to ride motorcycle in rural areas with valid Driving License;
∎ Good interpersonal communication skill and command over English and Bangla-both spoken and written.
Salary: Tk. 30000 (Monthly)
