• Bachelor/Honors

• BBA/MBA is a plus

• Age 28 to 40 years
• Only Male

• Experience in strategy Business consulting, New venture development, or innovation.
• Strong research, analytical thinking, and commercial acumen.
• Experience working in or with startups, investment firms, group companies, or innovation teams.
• Ability to work independently, structure ideas clearly, and drive early action.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Bangla and English.
• Will be adaptable and able to employ a consultative style or a more directive approach as necessary.
• Should have fair Liaising with Regulatory Departments.

• Research and identify emerging business opportunities across industries (tech, service, consumer, etc.) aligned with our capabilities and resources.
• Conduct market analysis, competitor research, and feasibility studies.
• As a Business Development Strategist have to field visit and build business cases, financial models, and risk assessments for new ideas.
• Develop go-to-market strategies and help pilot new offerings or ventures.
• Build relationships with potential partners, vendors, or co-founders.
• Collaborate with management to decide which ventures to pursue and help with early execution/setup.
• Present insights and updates to the leadership team regularly.
• Other activities assigned by the Management from time to time.
