∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Business Development, Market Research, Sales & Marketing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To monitor individual sales person activity and evaluate performance.
∎ To propose monthly sales target on basis of area wise market demand, customer categories and future expectations.
∎ To maintain and develop relationship with existing & new customers and provide assistance as per company policy.
∎ To monitor market trends and other company's activities and immediately inform to authority for next course of action.
∎ Any other responsibilities & duties assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Smart, fluency in speaking and writing in Bengali as well as English.
