Education:
∎ Bachelor/Honors
∎ Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
∎ English-medium background preferred.
∎ An IELTS score of 6+ is an advantage but not mandatory.

∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Minimum 6 months of experience in the U.S. property preservation industry (required).
∎ Excellent verbal, listening, and written communication skills in English.
∎ Strong leadership skills and confidence in public speaking.
∎ Freshers can apply only with high English fluency or English medium background

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Communicate professionally with clients via email, phone, and portals.
∎ Manage, assign, and track work orders with strong attention to detail.
∎ Source, onboard, and monitor vendors; ensure compliance with deadlines and quality standards.
∎ Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently. Communicate regularly with vendors, supporting them with documentation and payment processes.
∎ Maintain the vendor database and track performance.
