Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Fisheries, Aquaculture, Marine Science
∎ Bachelor in Fisheries /Aquaculture/ Marine Science or related subject.
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, Excellent English communication skills, Report Writing

∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide support, monitor the implementation of aquaculture activities according to the work plan, and scheduled timeline.
∎ Assist to Business Development Coordinator to implement activities
∎ Contribute to select the beneficiaries of dry fish and aquaculture
∎ Maintain communication with different stakeholders such fisheries department, department of agriculture department etc.
∎ Assist to prepare, weekly, monthly and quarterly progress report with the cooperation of branch Managers
∎ Facilitate the aquaculture and dry fish training and provide technical support to dry fish and aquaculture farmers
∎ Monitor project activities through regular visit in the field to ensure quality of the project deliverables and mobilize the field staffs.
∎ Collect field level evidence/case studies of project activities through photographs and send it to the BDC.
∎ Collect data from kobo collect and submitting to the BANA
∎ Have to be travelling extensively throughout the four Upazilas for smoother implementation of the project activities.
∎ Other assigned activities from Mukti and WorldFish
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate must have knowledge in aquaculture, safe dry fish production technology with experience of 2-3 years.
∎ Prefer to work with any A2F Bangladesh Aquaculture and Nutrition Activity implementation partners.
∎ The candidates must have report writing and communications skills in English, computer proficiency with MS word, MS Excel and Power point and must have valid motor cycle license.
Salary: Tk. 38000 - 40000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill
∎ As per project provision.
