Educational Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Portfolio Management of card business
∎ Assess existing customer credit card portfolio (Spending & Outstanding) by designing and executing in-depth data analysis in various business areas for achieving optimum profit and control on expenditure and setting pricing strategies to get most out of portfolio
∎ Plan and design sales campaigns to drive spending & outstanding in optimal way to boost and achieve specific business targets after tracking and analyzing existing customer spending pattern.
∎ Assist to prepare the annual budget, forecast and assessment, preparation of the execution plan, from concept to delivery
∎ Measure the performance of the campaign/program/offers with detail data to track accurately to implement successfully
∎ Identify gaps and areas for enhancement through developed reports to track performance indicators across the business.
∎ Detail analysis with reports e.g. breakdown of outstanding component wise, card transaction data, New card acquisition report
∎ Prepare different analytical report like Fee income vs Sales Commission, Transactor vs Revolvers, Reward Points Accrual and redemption Report, Product performance report, Partner performance report (Instalment, partners, B1G1 etc.), Income Expenditure Analysis etc.
∎ Analyze and work with financial data to help to make data driven business decisions Support to launch of new marketing programs to stimulate growth and increase profitability using sound data analytics and trends analysis.
∎ Create dashboards for campaigns to various stakeholders and management team.
∎ Maintain, improve and calibrate different sales campaign, forecast P&L outlook for strategic program targeting to achieve program objectives.
∎ Prepare ad-hoc report as and when required by management for any sort of presentations.
∎ Identifying non performing segments of the portfolio and managing to design segment wise program within portfolio
∎ Maintain a strong working relationship with the team and cross-functional teams for smooth operations;
∎ Calculate the overall program revenue and expenditure as well as analysis report of final achievement.
