Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Execute B2C sales and growth strategies to increase user acquisition, engagement, and revenue.
∎ Identify potential markets and customer segments and implement initiatives to drive product adoption.
∎ Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Support teams to optimize the customer journey.
∎ Lead partnerships and affiliate programs to boost brand awareness and sales conversions.
∎ Submit regular performance reports, user feedback summaries, and market intelligence for management.
∎ Monthly Active User (MAU) Growth: Achieve a minimum 20% month-over-month increase in active users.
∎ User Acquisition Target: Drive 15,000+ new user sign-ups per month via campaigns, partnerships, and community efforts.
∎ Conversion Rate: Maintain a minimum 40% conversion rate from leads to active users (free to paid or active usage).
∎ Revenue Target: Generate the manager's target in monthly revenue from B2C product sales/subscriptions (adjustable based on product price point).
∎ Customer Retention: Ensure at least 80% user retention over a 3-month period post-acquisition.
∎ Partnership Engagement: Secure 2-3 high-performing affiliate/partner collaborations per quarter.
∎ Community Growth: Grow the brand’s online community by 10,000+ members per quarter.
∎ Campaign ROI: Deliver a minimum 3x return on investment (ROI) for marketing and sales campaigns led by your team.
