Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company's client base.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, industry partners, and key stakeholders.
∎ Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential target markets.
∎ Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve revenue targets.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions and proposals for clients.
∎ Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring optimal terms and conditions.
∎ Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics.
∎ Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments and competitor activities.
∎ Represent the company at industry events, conferences and networking opportunities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,
∎ Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
∎ Proven track record in sales, business development or related roles.
∎ Strong understanding of the business landscape, market dynamics, and industry trends.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
∎ Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
∎ Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant business tools.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Flexibility to travel as required.
∎ Experience: 1-2 years Minimum.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 22000 - 32000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary: Max 32000 BDT (Depending on experience)
