🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business growth strategies to expand company reach and partnerships

• Counsel students on study abroad opportunities, university selection, and course pathways

• Assist students throughout the entire visa application process

• Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, partners, and internal teams

• Identify new market opportunities and contribute to strategic planning

• Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets

• Represent the company at education fairs, events, and seminars

🔹 Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the study abroad/education consulting industry

• Strong background in student counselling and visa processing

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to work independently and lead growth initiatives
