- Identify and develop new business opportunities and markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.

- Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Negotiate terms with clients and close deals.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues or faults.
- Repair or replace faulty components or systems.
- Follow safety standards and company procedures during all technical operations.
- Keep detailed records of work performed, issues found, and solutions implemented.
- Provide technical support and assistance to clients or team members.
