∎ Thyrocare Bangladesh Limited is an international chain diagnostic laboratory and sister concern of Thyrocare Technologies Limited which is the largest preventive care diagnostic laboratory in the world. Thyrocare Bangladesh is the third laboratory of Thyrocare Technologies. First lab of Thyrocare has established in Mumbai, India, Second lab in Bahrain and forth lab in Nepal. These four lab are processing over 5.5 crore tests in a year. Thyrocare has its unique presence in more than 14 countries across two continents & the horizon is expanding.
∎ Job Nature: Full-time. Reports to Head of Sales/Head of Business Development.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of sales staffs.
∎ Make presentations to customers/prospective customers on the company's varied products, services and overall capabilities.
∎ Access to prominent doctors/healthcare professionals and the ability to engage and work with them.
∎ The applicant should be digitally savvy, creative, dynamic and resourceful Business Development Manager to join its team.
∎ Willingness to travel across Bangladesh.
∎ Recruit, Develop & Manage Sales Team members.
∎ Develop marketing plan to establish strong brand presence in the market (outside Dhaka).
∎ Develop customer's engagement strategies & plan on event activation to increase brand image to generate and manage efficient and effective sales strategies.
∎ Maximize the market share, revenue and profitability by formulating the marketing strategies and action plans while competing with other market players.
∎ Manage regular, weekly, monthly or other reports accordingly and documentation to requirements.
∎ Develop and recommend product positioning, transporting, and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Minimum 5-7 years' experience in B2B/ B2C/ Corporate sales within healthcare sector specially Pharmaceuticals, Hospitals, Diagnostic Center with proven track record of meeting aggressive sales goals.
∎ Knowledge of and expertise in healthcare contracting models for managed care, risk contracting and fee-for-service and understanding of current overall trends in the business sector.
∎ Experience in building a program or company from the ground-up highly preferred.
∎ Proficient MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project).
∎ Must have over 5-7 years' experience in relevant field.
