∎ We are looking for a Business Development Manager who will work directly with one of our Australian clients from the Skin-care industry. This is a full-time job where you will be working on managing retail & wholesale orders, customer database, inventory & dashboard, handling customer queries, liaise with stakeholder and internal resources, produce reports for analysis etc.
∎ Work hour: 05:00 AM to 01:00 PM
∎ Week days: Monday to Friday
∎ Type: Remotely (WFH) at the moment
∎ Needed ASAP
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Investigate and report any operational/technical issues arising
∎ Manage & keep track of customer database to have it always updated
∎ Manage E-Commerce dashboard
∎ Reply & take actions to customer queries
∎ Scope and document ongoing website functional projects /improvements
∎ Liaise with authority and stakeholders regarding the day to day management of the website dashboard
∎ Liaise with internal resources regarding the day to day management of the website dashboard
∎ Evaluate approaches & strategies to improve website sales conversions & customer engagement
∎ Investigate, evaluate and assess new ways of generating additional traffic/orders
∎ Produce reports to analyse the performance of all online marketing campaigns and promotions (via reports, analytics, surveys etc)
∎ Continuous improvement of customer satisfaction and handle customer queries if need be
∎ Meet internal service levels for website activity and management
∎ Maintaining an excellent level of service to the business
∎ Manage phone, retail, wholesale orders, collaborate with fulfilment centers, update inventory and keep track of orders.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Understanding of order management/customer fulfilment in an e-commerce context
∎ Experiences using packages like Excel and Photoshop
∎ Computer literate and understanding of basic CMS like WordPress (woocommerce)/Magento/Shopify
∎ Familiar with data management
∎ Previous experience of website or e-commerce CMS
∎ Basic understanding of Google products such as Webmaster Tools & Analytics
∎ Experience with any CRM
∎ Experience as an implementation project team member involved in end-to-end solution lifecycle from definition to ongoing operations
∎ Experience in handling retail & wholesale orders, customer database, inventory, customer queries, liaise with stakeholder and internal resources, produce reports for analysis etc.
Salary: Negotiable
