Responsibilities & Context:
Role Overview: Ready & Fly Holidays is a premium travel service provider specializing in visa facilitation and curated outbound tour experiences. We are seeking a result-driven, resourceful, and seasoned individual with proven expertise in visa processing and international tourism operations. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in designing tailored tour plans, managing visa portfolios, and ensuring an elite customer journey experience.
Key Responsibilities-
Strategically manage visa applications (Tourist, Business, Transit, Student, Medical, etc.) across multiple consulates. Specially China visa processing with in-depth knowledge of current visa requirements, documentation, and procedures.
Build and maintain strong client relationships and partnerships·
Develop and maintain a robust client database.
Identify new business opportunities in travel and visa consultancy.
Promote services and convert leads into clients.
Monitor visa regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of embassy/VFS processes.
Achieve monthly business targets and contribute to overall company growth.
Work closely with the operations and marketing teams to align business strategies.
