Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate or Post Graduate in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Husbandry.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve sales target as per the strategic plan.
∎ Be responsible for selected feed mills and farms’ sales in Bangladesh.
∎ Offer technical support to customers and grow the business.
∎ Create a business plan to set up distribution network — Have a clear strategy backed by plans to achieve individual accounts goal.
∎ Maintain excellent relationships with customers and ensure that there is clear communication between Alltech and key decision makers.
∎ Facilitate timely collection of payables from the customers.
∎ Maintain a cordial relationship with team members to achieve organizational goals.
∎ Ensure that Alltech's marketing programs are implemented.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 3–5 years’ experience of working in Animal Health or the Animal Feed Industry.
∎ Preference will be given to candidates with multinational experience.
∎ Flexible working hours and flexibility in movement are a must.
∎ Good industry contacts, relationships and company knowledge.
∎ The deserving candidate should have sound selling skills, be target oriented, good at building interpersonal relationships, believe in teamwork, ready to take on challenges and travel anywhere in the country, whenever required.
∎ Must visit many farmers in rural areas.
∎ Must be fluent in English.
∎ Computer literacy.
