Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate or Post Graduate in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Husbandry, Animal Nutrition for BDM-Dairy.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formulating and implementing sales strategies like developing new market, appointing distributors and dealers.
∎ Developing marketing strategies- special campaign, technical seminars and meeting farmers.
∎ Offer technical support to the customers and grow the business.
∎ Key account management: directly dealing with cooperatives, feed mills and dairies.
∎ Building & maintaining healthy business relations with customer, enhancing customer satisfaction level by achieving delivery & service quality norms.
∎ Gathering market information, forecasting upcoming scenario & perform accordingly.
∎ Achieve sales target as per the plan outline.
∎ Maintain excellent relationship with customers and ensure that there is clear communication between Alltech and key decision makers.
∎ Facilitate timely collection of payables from the customers.
Additional Requirements:

∎ Should have excellent networking skills.
∎ Highest level of customer service delivery is mandatory for this role.
∎ Maintain professionalism and skills (i.e., time management, attention to detail, handling confidential information and diligent handling of sensitive issues).
∎ Should be a go-getter, should think outside of the box (i.e., find solutions).
∎ Good industry contacts, relationship, sound knowledge about the industry, the business, products, and services.
∎ 3-5 years of experiences of working in Animal Health or Animal Feed Industry.
∎ Preference will be given to the candidates having experience in working commercial dairy farms.
∎ Flexible working hours and flexibility in movement is a must.
∎ Deserving candidate should have sound selling skill, target oriented, good in building interpersonal relationship, believe in team work, ready to take challenges and travel anywhere in the country whenever required.
∎ Computer literacy and fluency in English is a must.
