Job Context:
∎ My SMART HealthCare Ltd is an India-Bangladesh Joint Venture Company is recruiting for Business Development Manager in each Division (Dhaka, Chittagong, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Sylhet, Mymensingh and Rangpur) to provide healthcare services to its corporate customers employees and members nationwide.
∎ The Business Development Manager will support the Head of Sales & Marketing (HoSM) in day-to-day operations and identify opportunities for improvement to increase productivity and profitability. The role also involves expanding the outreach of the businesses through physical and online establishments, managing and analyzing data, and applying new technologies in Healthcare.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To enter into health care agreements for their workers and members with NGOs, Multipurpose Cooperative Societies, other organizations located in each district under the division.
∎ Entering into "SMART Clinic" agreements with clinics/hospitals located in each district/ Upazila.
∎ Conducting regular free health campaigns in village markets or city communities/mohollas
∎ Execution of "Smart Doctor" agreements with doctors in the work area
∎ Card sale agreements with pharmacy shops, gym-parlors and other partners
∎ Lead and expand new business initiatives of the organization.
∎ Locate, search and manage facilities, establishments, suppliers, and vendors for business integration.
∎ Manage relationships with key vendors and suppliers to achieve project objectives.
∎ Understand, learn and implement new technologies to expand the services of the enterprises.
∎ Conduct market research on competition, substitutes, and potential threats for existing and new services.
∎ Develop business models for different scenarios and services of the enterprises and new ventures.
∎ Work independently and in teams to achieve business objectives.
∎ Perform any other roles assigned by the management.
∎ Managing team and upbringing future leaders out from them
∎ Different daily, weekly and monthly reporting

∎ Age 22 to 45 years
∎ Skills Required: Business Analysis, Business Development, Business Operation, Market Research, Sales & Marketing
∎ Experience Requirements-At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Business Analysis, Business Development, Sales & Marketing
∎ 3 years relevant experience in strategy and business development
∎ Proven track record in business development, preferably in the healthcare/ social enterprise sector.
∎ Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage relationships with stakeholders.
∎ Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct market research and develop business models.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Excel/Powerpoint and other relevant software.
∎ Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing.
∎ Willingness to travel across different locations as required.
