∎ We are incorporated in Japan as Kaicom Solutions Japan Co. Ltd. with principle office in Tokyo and subsidiary in Bangladesh as Kaicom BD. Based on our software development knowledge and working with Japanese company more than 15 years, we are involving with mega project for software development in Bangladesh, we do software development lab contract, offshore development with Japanese and USA company. At present we are developing and implementing software for the infrastructure project for Bangladesh government funded by Japanese Government, and Various CRM related project for the Japanese private organization.
∎ Job Context
∎ We are looking Business Development Manager (BDM, B2B Sales, IT Sales, Sales Manager, Direct Sales, Marketing Expert) for selling of Learning Management System Service, Smart Utility Vending System, Mobile Applications, and Web Application.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare a database of all entities, which are potential buyers of service handled by Kaicom Solutions.
∎ Send out Information kit to prospective customer giving information about Kaicom Solutions service offerings.
∎ Generate Business from market. Identifying sales opportunities through extensive market research.
∎ Building and maintaining strong relationship with all potential and existing clients.
∎ New Customer acquisition activities like Cold-calling, lead generation, meeting prospects, submitting proposals.
∎ Following the sales process from start to close. Eager to expand company with new sales, clients & territories.
∎ Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales target and expand our client base.
∎ Arranging Business meetings and one-on-one conversation with prospective clients.
∎ Effectively Communicate the Value proposition through proposals & presentations.
∎ Prepare PowerPoint presentations and address target audience by inspiring sales speech.
∎ Managing end-to-end client relationship including pitching, negotiation.
∎ Participate in the performance appraisal process for personal and organizational growth.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2+ years of experience in Corporate IT/Software sales will be preferred.
∎ M.B.A or Bachelor degree in Business Administration and Marketing required with 1-5 years of experience in Direct Sales/ Business Development
∎ Should have experience in the B2B lead generation.
∎ Have experience to establish/running coaching center/school management/teacher handling
∎ Should have Selling experience of SEO/SMO/PPC/Web Application Development/Mobile applications.
∎ Responsible for making sales strategies, business proposals & presentations.
∎ Strong Communication, Presentation, Negotiation & sales closing Skills.
∎ Must be proficient with MS-Office and lead tracking tools.
∎ Must have proven track record of sale success.
