Job Responsibilities:
∎ Administering dedicated Principals and stakeholder contacts.
∎ Generating business case for upcoming business opportunities and in country requirements to support the project.
∎ Conducting, analyzing and creating action plans in pursuit of opportunities.
∎ Providing all sorts of information, advice and guidelines on statutory requirements to investors/customers (IOC, Power & Instrument) etc. regarding Board of Investment, Bangladesh Bank etc.
∎ Preparing, generating and updating the business tracker for all opportunities, ongoing projects etc. for quick management review.
∎ bridging the information between investors/global partners regarding Market scenario, country orientation, security updates, statutory requirements etc.
∎ Leading, team building and to organize better understanding among the BD team members for having a clear understanding of common Company goal and to work as “one team”.
∎ Business correspondences and providing feedbacks/information as and when required by customers, partners and investors.
∎ Sourcing international organizations to work in Bangladesh Energy and Infrastructural Projects.
∎ Supervise all tender submission and preparation related activities
∎ Review Clients/Principal’s documents pertaining to expression of interest, proposals, and business letters and to provide guidance/recommendations.
∎ Facilitate and coordinate any activities required for flawless communication and execution of the tender between Principal and Tender Provider
∎ Bridging relations with client officials, principle focal points for regular updates and maintaining off the job communications.
∎ Updating the Management with real-time information and Market intelligence on both ongoing and upcoming projects/opportunities, etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 45 years
∎ Strong coordination and networking ability.
∎ Knowledge on Software Development and Marketing.
∎ Negotiation and Communication skills with a variety of cultures.
