Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Achieve the annual sales targets of on boarding new/existing clients of other business divisions to the cash management and payments solutions of Corporate & Institutional Liability through collaboration.
∎ Develop a clear aggressive sales pipeline to both existing and potential customers of other divisions such as Wholesale Banking, Commercial, Small & Medium and Branch Banking etc.
∎ Collaborating and coordinating the development and implementation of sales initiatives with other business division within City Bank PLC. to maximize on cross-selling opportunities.
∎ Keep in close touch with the existing and the potential clients in order to identify new avenues of business and tap in these opportunities with the right kind services.
∎ Develop and maintain strong working relationship with all existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and increase wallet–share while maintaining existing funds at low cost.
∎ Coordinate with all relevant units/departments for on boarding new client or executing customers’ requests, requirements and complains.
∎ In conjunction with the Relationship Manager of the corresponding clients, conduct product review and product development through constant feedback from the customers.
∎ Demonstrate collection and payment systems to other divisions such as Wholesale Banking, Small & Medium, Commercial, Branch Banking etc. in order to improve delivery and service.
∎ This role is responsible for effectively on boarding new/existing clients of other business divisions to the cash management and payments solutions of Corporate & Institutional Liability through collaboration. The position shall be accountable for ensuring that pipeline of clients is properly developed based on the potential of the clients based on the discussion with the corresponding business divisions and provide them with tailored collection and payment solutions and acquire deposit business. This role also requires expertise on payment & collections solutions.
