∎ Minimum Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: Digital Marketing (Social Media Marketing), Email Marketing, Telemarketing and direct sales
∎ The candidate must be an excellent communicator in written and spoken English.

∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop a digital Sales & Marketing plan for international markets in consultation with Company Director, execute the plan and actively search for new approaches to increase digital Sales & Marketing reach.
∎ Planning digital Sales & Marketing campaigns, including web, SEO (Search Engine Optimization), email, social media and display advertising, and organizational promotions.
∎ Develop and execute strategies to identify, reach and convert potential leads into clients.
∎ The focus area of expansion Globally, prior knowledge of American markets and accentuation is preferred.
∎ Candidates with access to potential clients will receive higher priority.
∎ Develop a Sales & Marketing plan that supports strategic initiatives.
∎ Develop and manage a team of tele-sales agents for international sales calls. Handle all facets of performance management including performance evaluations and corrective action of said team.
∎ Provide support and guidance to team members. Regularly provide performance feedback based on review of quality reports/quality monitoring and production results.
∎ Direct workflow to ensure maximum efficiency and attention to areas of high importance.
∎ Carrying out needs assessments, performance reviews and cost/benefit analyses.
∎ Setting and meeting performance targets for speed, efficiency, sales and quality.
∎ Advising clients on products and services available.
∎ Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
∎ Any other responsibilities/tasks as set by Company Management.

∎ Proven record of excellent writing demonstrated in a professional portfolio
