Job Responsibilities:
∎ Project Origination and Development: Identify and nurture new photovoltaic projects in Rooftop & IPP sectors.
∎ Business Lead Generation: Generate OPEX/CAPEX business leads for solar projects.
∎ Deal Structuring and Negotiations: Lead negotiations and structure deals with clients and key stakeholders, including partnerships.
∎ -Commercial & Financial Assessment: Assess the economic viability of opportunities by evaluating business and financial models.
∎ Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with various stakeholders to prepare projects for construction.
∎ Strategic Partnerships: Establish partnerships with authorities, utility companies, investors, and buyers.
∎ Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate efforts of teams, including Engineering, Tax, Finance, and advisors.
∎ Bid Document Analysis: Thoroughly understand and analyze RFP/RFQ/bid documents for solar and infrastructure projects in line with the company's strategy.
