• Experience in business development, retail expansion, or QSR/store setup projects.
• Proven track record of managing multiple store or site development projects.
• Strong negotiation, coordination, and vendor management skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office.
• Knowledge of interior fit-out, kitchen equipment, and construction processes preferred.
Responsibilities & Context:
• Lead end-to-end store development including construction, layout, and handover.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure quality, cost, and timeline compliance.
• Develop modern and innovative store designs aligned with brand standards.
• Finalize kitchen layouts and equipment to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
• Manage vendor sourcing, negotiation, and procurement processes.
• Plan and monitor project budgets, schedules, and progress reports.
• Identify new business opportunities and support store expansion strategies.
• Any others job assigned by management.
