Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing all centers and partner training centers
∎ Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
∎ Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
∎ Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
∎ Finding and developing new markets, opportunities and improving sales.
∎ Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
∎ Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
∎ Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 45 years
∎ Has experience in handling Government Projects
∎ Experience in sales, marketing or related field
∎ Strong communication skills and IT fluency
∎ Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
∎ Excellent organizational skills
∎ Must be proficient in Excel, Outlook and Google Docs.
∎ Excellent Presentation skills
∎ Committed to Complete tasks in time
∎ Has 15+ years of Experience

Salary:
∎ Salary: 65000+(Negotiable based on Experience)
