∎ MBA Skills Required: Brand Planning/ Development (Educational Sector), Business Development, Corporate Sales.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop new relationships with the Universities and corporates.
∎ Build relationship with existing students and new students
∎ Develop the relationship with the Stakeholders to ensure they meet our strict criteria
∎ Identify new possibilities to promote our courses
∎ Achieve monthly student enrolment targets for the allocated market/s
∎ Communicating with the universities and Corporates and other Student recruitment channels
∎ High level verbal communication skills, including effective public speaking, including the ability to develop and frequently deliver presentations to a range of audiences.
∎ Assist the Head of Strategy to design and implement Marketing plans and strategies
∎ Devise new sales strategies and other original approaches that make the sales process more efficient for the clients.
∎ THE FOLLOWING ARE THE KEY DELIVERABLES:
∎ Co-ordinate with the team & ensure 100% lead conversions are made.
∎ Priorities the best possible customer experience.
∎ Constantly grow and maintain a healthy business pipeline and ensure that pipeline is updated regularly.
∎ Identify and close deals and deliver revenues against the plan.
∎ Develop regular reports on- targets
∎ As Business Development Manager your principal responsibility will be to maximize revenue opportunities through establishing, developing, and maintaining long-term business relationships with potential clients
∎ Develops, motivates and coordinates team to optimize sales execution.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years experiences in Business Development Area , Marketing and Education sector
∎ Previous experience selling into the Educational Sector/ Corporate sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Corporate Marketing, Brand Planning/ Development, Business Development, Advertising & Promotion, Relationship Management/ Key Account Management,

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ BDT 40,000 - BDT 60,000
