Experience Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ DEVELOPMENT OF THE BANGLADESH MARKET
∎
∎ Screens potential business partners and deals by analysing market strategies, deal requirements, evaluating options.
∎ Identify or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners, discovering and exploring opportunities.
∎ Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations.
∎ Drive & facilitate smooth and effective implementation of brand plans (pricing, trade marketing, ROI analysis, margins)
∎ Develop and implement strategic, tactical creative plans to drive sales and ensure brand growth through various marketing and adding value to assigned brands
∎ Review marketing plan and activities with sales and marketing team to evaluate effectiveness and execution of brand target and implement methods that will result in greater or heightened efficiency
∎ Ensure efficient management of A&P budget / funds by monitoring sales against expenditure on a monthly basis.
∎ Macro view, vision of international market, excellent decision-making ability and strong sense of responsibility and professionalism.
∎ Implementation of international suppliers' policies and standards
∎ Interface between suppliers and local wholesalers/retailers
∎
∎ ADMINISTRATIVE
∎ Follow up of orders and shipping documentation in liaison with Logistics
∎ Update of local Customs requirements
∎ Sales Reporting
∎ Weekly reporting to management on activities
∎ Monthly reporting to management on objectives and achievements
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Business development , Marketing/E-commerce and Finance.
∎ Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
∎ Demonstrate a solutions oriented approach
∎ Able to execute a wide range of HR policies and procedures
∎ Strong consulting and influencing skills
∎ Good understanding of local and overseas employment regulations
∎ Excellent communication, presentation and numerical skills
∎ Excellent oral and written communications skills in English speaking people
∎ Strong leadership qualities
∎ Language requirements:
∎ Fluent in written and spoken English.
∎ Fluent in written and spoken French.
