With our technology, processes, and ecosystem already in place, we are now seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) to take ownership of the platform and drive nationwide growth.

Position Summary

The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for the strategic and operational success of the ARCHICONNECT Store. This role demands a growth-oriented leader with a startup mindset, capable of driving brand onboarding, client acquisition, revenue generation, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Ownership & Growth

  • Take full ownership of platform strategy and operations
  • Design and execute plans to scale across Bangladesh
  • Drive user growth, conversions, and partnerships

Business Development & Partnerships

  • Onboard brands, vendors, and manufacturers from the building industry into the platform.
  • Build strong B2B relationships with architects, contractors, interior firms, and developers
  • Acquire subscription clients and achieve monthly revenue targets
  • Maintain active communication with industry stakeholders

Strategy & Revenue Generation

  • Develop and implement monthly/quarterly business development strategies
  • Ensure consistent subscription and platform revenue growth
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform decisions

Team Leadership & Management

  • Lead and supervise sales, business development, and operations teams
  • Define KPIs and monitor team performance against company goals
  • Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement
