BRTA, Business Development, Business Expansion, Business Operation, Business Strategy, Communication, Legal Affairs, Liaison With Local Government, Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Automobile, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Multinational Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Group of Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products and services
∎ Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
∎ Liaison with BRTA, DC office & others Govt. official for business opportunities
∎ Seek out the appropriate contact in an organization
∎ Understand the needs of customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these
∎ Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business
∎ Work strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes
∎ Discuss promotional strategy and activities with the marketing department
∎ Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
∎ Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
∎ Correspondence with factory for smooth business operations
∎ Provide trustworthy feedback and coordinate with after-sales support team to develop market
∎ Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
∎ Proven sales track record
∎ Proficiency in MS Office and power point presentation
∎ Proficiency in English
∎ Market knowledge
∎ Communication and negotiation skills
∎ Ability to build rapport
∎ Time management and planning skills
∎ Bachelor/ Masters in business administration
∎ Experience in defense background will be added an advantage
Salary: Negotiable
