Educational Requirements:
∎ Business Graduate/B.Sc in Engineering (Mechanical) from reputed university
∎ MBA in Supply Chain Management from reputed University will be given preference.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Supply Chain Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Automobile, Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Multinational Companies, Group of Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support organization with uninterrupted flow of required product and Motorcycle component for ensuring smooth and effective production.
∎ Design and implement supply chain management system that supports business strategies adapted to change market conditions, new business opportunities, and cost reduction strategies.
∎ Ensure timely completion of all pre-import formalities for raw materials, machinery, equipment etc.
∎ Collaborate with Sales Department, Marketing Department and production Department for maintaining an optimal production and raw material level in the supply chain.
∎ Maintain, monitor and follow-up quarterly procurement plans.
∎ Identify and develop reliable sources of supply for Motorcycle component, raw materials.
∎ Participate in procurement related negotiations with third parties, firms and Vendors etc.
∎ Implement localization of motorcycle components through foreign experts /companies.
∎ Sourcing of Turn-key based Project for different motorcycle components from aboard maintaining ROI
∎ Manage vendor relationships and develop effective partnerships.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 08 years of experience in Supply Chain Management in a national or multi-national company out of which 05 years must at the Manager level.
∎ Prepare and produce necessary reports to the authority time to time.
∎ Must have visionary leadership quality with better attitude to achieve the ambition.
∎ Frequently overseas travel is required.
∎ Hard working and ability to work under pressure.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Bangla.
∎ Excellent computer skills especially in MS Application, AUTO CAD.
Salary: Negotiable
