Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide effective leadership to a team of Key Account Managers, fostering a culture of excellence and results.
∎ Organize, develop, and motivate the team to achieve and exceed performance targets.
∎ Lead the recruitment process for the Key Account Management team, ensuring the selection of high-caliber individuals.
∎ Develop and conduct training programs to equip the team with the necessary skills and knowledge.
∎ Oversee the maintenance and development of relationships with key merchants through proactive outbound calls.
∎ Ensure successful transactional outcomes while delivering exceptional service.
∎ Engage in the effective utilization of customer relationship management (CRM) and customer lifecycle management (CLM) tools to maintain a coherent and organized relationship between product service and the company.
∎ Implement strategies to optimize the use of these tools for streamlined operations.
∎ Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the Key Account Management team.
∎ Analyze performance data to drive continuous improvement and achieve expected results.
∎ Leadership and Team Development:
