∎ Lead and mentor the sales team, ensuring performance targets are met.

∎ Build and manage client relationships, driving customer acquisition and satisfaction.
∎ Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align offerings with client needs.
∎ Drive sales for RMG/ERP solutions (if applicable). Ability to analyze market trends and translate them into actionable strategies. Skills:
