Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identifying Project Opportunities: Proactively seek and identify project opportunities through donor agency websites, industry networks, and relevant platforms to expand bidding potential.·
∎ Maintaining Expert Communication: Establish and sustain ongoing communication with national and international experts, as well as consulting firms, to stay informed of industry trends and foster collaboration.·
∎ Organizing Meetings: Facilitate and organize virtual and in-person meetings with organizations, stakeholders, and clients to ensure alignment and strengthen project partnerships.·
∎ Client Presentations: Prepare and deliver professional presentations to clients, articulating project objectives, strategies, and outcomes.·
∎ Consortium Formation: Lead the formation of consortia for competitive bidding by coordinating with partner organizations to create a cohesive and effective bidding team.·
∎ Expression of Interest (EOI): Draft EOIs in line with templates and standards provided by government agencies, ADB, and the World Bank.·
∎ Proposal Preparation: Develop key sections of project proposals, adhering strictly to required formats and submission standards.·
∎ CV Formatting: Format and update CVs to meet the standards of ADB, the World Bank, and government agencies, ensuring high quality and consistency.·
∎ Financial Budgeting: Collaborate with the finance team to prepare accurate financial budgets, aligning with project requirements.·
∎ Quality Assurance: Ensure all proposals and documents meet quality standards and are compliant with client and industry guidelines.
