∎ Engage pre-identified B2B prospects with precision and empathy, leveraging insight into their industry context and business challenges to spark meaningful conversations and initiate high-quality sales opportunities.
∎ Deliver impactful presentations and product demos, skillfully tailoring our solutions to align with the specific needs and strategic goals of each prospect—building conviction and driving decision-maker buy-in.
∎ Develop strong initial rapport with new clients, laying the groundwork for long-term partnerships by ensuring a smooth handover to the Client Success team and remaining available for strategic follow-up.
∎ Manage and track assigned leads through each stage of the sales funnel, maintaining detailed records of engagement outcomes and contributing to accurate forecasting and performance analysis.
∎ Stay informed on market trends, competitive activities, and prospect feedback; share actionable insights with the broader sales and strategy teams to refine outreach messaging and uncover strategic growth areas.
∎ Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills – You’re fluent in verbal and written English (minimum IELTS Speaking 7), with the ability to articulate ideas clearly, present persuasively, and negotiate effectively.
∎ Proven Sales Experience – At least one year of experience in B2B sales, preferably in digital marketing, with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets. For highly deserving candidates this condition can be relaxed - please convince us.
∎ Expertise in Outreach – Some knowledge of lead generation, conversion optimization, with hands-on experience in LinkedIn outreach and social selling.
∎ Strategic & Results-Driven Mindset – The ability to analyze market trends, create effective sales strategies, and close high-value deals, directly contributing to business growth.
