• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Consulting Firms

• Age At least 22 years
• Only Male

• 1–3 years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in FMCG, food service, or HORECA sector.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Comfortable with field visits and meeting KPIs.

• Ability to build strong networks and maintain professional relationships.

• Passion for food products, culinary trends, and international brands is a plus.

  Additional Skills (Preferred)

• Experience working with chefs, HORECA clients, or food ingredient suppliers.

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Marketing/Sales

• Workplace: Market Visit (Not required to report at office everyday, only occasionally)

• Employment Status: Contractual (To be renewed based on assessment)

• Identify new business opportunities in the HORECA, retail, and food service sectors.

• Conduct regular visits to restaurants, cafés, hotels, and culinary institutions to promote Kikkoman products.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with chefs, restaurant owners, managers, and distributors.

• Support sampling, product demonstrations, and brand activation activities.

• Collect and share market insights, competitor analysis, and customer feedback.

• Assist in organizing activations, events and cooking demonstration.

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly business development reports.

• Ensure proper execution of marketing and sales strategies in assigned territories.
