Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing or Business Development or corporate sustainability leadership.
3 years of experience in roles like sales, marketing, account management or a related business development capacity is expected.
Skilled in prioritizing tasks, managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to build C-level relationships, manage complex deals and deliver.
Exceptional negotiation, pitching and storytelling skills with ability to communicate across diverse markets.
A high-performance mindset: entrepreneurial, self-driven and mission oriented.
Fluent in English (required)
Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, industry bodies and international stakeholders.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with clients, senior management and global partners.
Computer knowledge specially in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Position Overview:
We are seeking highly accomplished Business Development Executive who will lead in identifying and sourcing business deals and contacts with new clients for business related outsourcing of manpower and payroll management services. Senior position may be offered to the deserving candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute growth strategies: Formulate comprehensive business development strategies aligned with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
Drive revenue growth: Focus on increasing the client base and boosting profitability through successful business development efforts.
Attend industry events: Represent the company at seminars, conferences, exhibitions and trade shows to build networks and enhance brand profile.
Negotiate and close deals: Lead negotiations, draft and review contracts and close deals that contribute to revenue growth.
Collaborate with internal teams: Work with product development, finance and operation teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
Promote product / services : Effectively communicate the company’s value proposition and educate potential clients about product or services.
Analyze market trends and competitive landscape: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive activities and customer needs to inform strategy.
Market intelligence and Trendspotting: Analyze global trends, user behaviors and competitors to refine our market entry strategies and business model evolution .
