∎ PURPOSE:
∎ Home & Community Care Ltd (HCCL), is currently looking for a Business Development Executive who will be responsible for driving new client acquisitions. To excel in this role the candidate should be an active listener, have a compelling sales personality, and a hunger to chase and close new business from cold calls and inbound warm leads.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ 2.1 CLIENT ACQUISITION & GROWTH
∎ Contacting potential Doctors, Clinics, Hospitals, to promote our nursing services, create demand and generate potential clients.
∎ Increase Client Leads Database and use CRM tool to keep track.
∎ Finding and developing new markets for growth of our service areas.
∎ 2.2 EXECUTING MARKETING INITIATIVES
∎ Execute the campaigns on all public facing HCCL channels as part of the Business Development team.
∎ Help with planning marketing campaigns.
∎ 2.3 DRIVE PARTNERSHIPS
∎ Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities for collaboration.
∎ Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
∎ Networking with related businesses and fostering B2B relationships.
∎ 2.4 CRM TRACKING & REPORTING
∎ Track all business development activity through custom trackers.
∎ Use a CRM framework to track all engagements with leads.
∎ Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly Business Development Reports.
Additional Requirements:
∎ CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
∎ Must be onsite in Dhaka, Bangladesh
∎ Need to be ready to travel on daily basis to different areas for promotion activity
∎ Working hours are Sunday till Thursday, full-time between 9 AM to 5 PM
∎ Must be able to meet Client Acquisition Targets
∎ REQUIRED COMPETENCIES & QUALIFICATIONS:
∎ Must have a very outgoing personality.
∎ Must have very good negotiation capabilities.
∎ Must have good ability to engage with Doctors, Nurses, Hospital Administration staff.
∎ Must have strong communication skills in both English and Bangla.
∎ Must know good usage of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
∎ Experience in sales, medical promotion, marketing or related field is desirable.
∎ Having personal bike will be desirable.
∎ Desirable to have good connections/network with Doctors and Hospital Administration.
∎ Experience with Digital Marketing, Ad Campaigns Creation is desirable.
∎ Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 20000 - 30000 (Monthly)
∎ Negotiable based on experience (higher if coming with some experience from Medical Promotion / Sales background).
