∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ Customer & Vendor Management:
∎ Handle all inbound calls from customers and vendors, ensuring exceptional service.
∎ Address inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
∎ Build strong vendor relationships, negotiating favorable terms and pricing to enhance product offerings.
∎ Proactive Business Development:
∎ Conduct market research to source innovative products aligned with business objectives.
∎ Onboard new vendors and maintain strong partnerships.
∎ Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic initiatives to drive growth.
∎ CRM & Communication:
∎ Maintain accurate and updated customer and vendor data in the CRM system.
∎ Initiate outbound calls to assist customers in finding desired products and providing purchasing support.
∎ Respond to customer emails and messages with professionalism and accuracy.
∎ Marketing Collaboration:
∎ Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute marketing campaigns.
∎ Leverage data insights to identify target audiences and enhance customer engagement.
∎ Industry Awareness:
∎ Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions.
