Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities
Customer & Vendor Management:
Handle all inbound calls from customers and vendors, ensuring exceptional service.
Address inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Build strong vendor relationships and negotiate favorable terms and pricing.
Proactive Business Development:
Conduct market research to source innovative products aligned with business objectives.
Onboard new vendors and maintain strong partnerships.
Identify new business opportunities and strategic initiatives.
CRM & Communication:
Maintain accurate customer and vendor data in CRM systems.
Initiate outbound calls to support customers with purchasing decisions.
Respond to emails and messages professionally.
Marketing Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal teams on marketing campaigns.
Use data insights to improve customer engagement.
Industry Awareness:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.
