Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled & experienced Business Development Associate to join our beauty retail team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for skincare, cosmetics, personal care products and will play a key role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience, meeting sales goals, and promoting our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized beauty consultations based on individual needs and preferences.

  • Recommend and promote a wide range of products across Skin Wellness, Makeup, Hair Wellness, Mind & Body, and Fragrances.

  • Demonstrate product application and educate customers on benefits, usage, and routines.

  • Stay current on product launches, seasonal campaigns, and in-store promotions.

  • Maintain visually appealing and well-stocked shelves and displays.

  • Consistently meet and exceed personal and team sales targets.

  • Build and nurture long-term customer relationships through loyalty initiatives and follow-up services.

  • Address customer queries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.

  • Ensure all hygiene, grooming, and safety protocols are strictly followed.
