Job Responsibilities:
∎ Daily/Weekly dashboard for KPIs
∎ Weekly Business Metrics
∎ Monthly Reviews
∎ Preparation of Business Plans in collaboration with the Managing Director and operational teams, and tracking the actuals on a periodic basis
∎ Ensure that the ERP users in the company are duly trained and data input into ERP is correct and timely as per the SOPs
∎ Conduct regular training sessions for the business teams on ERP and ensure that the user mistakes are minimized
∎ Coordinate with ERP team internally and externally for any needed configuration/customization
∎ Ensure that the business processes are systematized, documented, and enforced
∎ Conduct regular training and alignment sessions with the business teams
∎ Document and highlight non-compliances with RCAs during the daily/weekly/monthly reviews
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proficient in using ERP and Business Intelligence Tools e.g., Metabase, Power BI, Tableau, etc.
∎ Results Oriented - Meet deadlines on assignments, juggle multiple demands, and work with various functional teams and the Managing Director of the business.
∎ Good Knowledge of Agri-commodities and the Import-Export industry.
∎ Good working knowledge of Google Sheets/Docs and MS office - excel, word, powerpoint, etc.
∎ Good knowledge of automating dashboards in google sheets/excel sheets for regular use
∎ Very good written and oral communication skills.
∎ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills to evaluate alternatives and provide recommendations on business issues.
∎ Ability to work in a team environment.
Salary:
∎ For a position based in Dhaka: Fixed and Variable pay – CTC BDT 6 lacs per annum (Negotiable).
There would be some travel both local and international.
