• Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in business analysis, reporting, or systems management. Experience in the education sector will be an advantage.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, dashboards, VBA) and familiarity with other data analysis tools.

• Experience with CRM/ERP systems and digital platforms.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Major Responsibilities

• Develop, prepare, and present analytical reports and dashboards for the COO, CEO, and Board of Directors.

• Manage and maintain the institution’s CRM (Meritto) to ensure accurate data capture, integration, and usage.

• Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for CRM upgradation, monitoring, and support.

• Analyze business processes across operational and administrative units to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.

• Conduct market, enrollment, and competitor analysis to support institutional planning.

• Support operational departments with ad-hoc reports and data analysis.

• Assist in planning and executing institutional projects by ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

• Ensure compliance with internal policies and support data governance initiatives.
