Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide key analytics and insights to the top management and sales teams to give clear pulse on the business, helping the team to drive business decisions and direct Sales strategy.
∎ Create, analyze, and maintain reports, dashboard on all sales metrics and KPI's of Sales Team that assist top management in managing the business and measuring the progress and understating the complex data in a simple form.
∎ Delivery of daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to monitor business trends, performance, sales process and sales metrics, and key corporate initiatives.
∎ Assist with preparation of presentation materials for sales, top management and other stakeholders (internal & external).
∎ Develop and automate customized dashboards (via Excel or PowerBi) tailored to specific business and team needs.
∎ Build strong collaborative relationships across the departments ensuring alignment with proposed strategies and plans and facilitate collaboration towards achieving common goals and outcomes.
∎ Track the performance of each Sales staff, perform strategic analysis, and design processes to enable the organization to scale efficiently.
∎ Understand user behavior and performing root-cause analysis of changes in data trends to identify corrections or propose desirable enhancements in different verticals.

∎ Good knowledge in MS Office
∎ Good analytical ability
