Additional Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in business analysis (product or market research or relevant) preferably within a manufacturing or industrial or relevant business environment.

• Strong analytical skills to conduct thorough research and provide data-driven recommendations.

• Proficiency in data analysis and using tools such as Excel, ERP systems and other relevant software.

• Ability to think strategically and translate research findings into actionable strategies.

• Knowledge of supply chain processes, local and international procurement laws, regulations and best practices.

• Excellent communication skills to present findings and recommendations effectively.

Job Context: We are seeking an experienced and skilled Business Analyst who has a background in Industrial and Production Engineering (IPE), possesses relevant certifications in business analysis or supply chain management, and has strong research and analytical skills. Ideal candidate should be able to conduct detailed market and product research, develop strategies to optimize procurement and sourcing, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.

Job Responsibilities:

Research and Analysis:

• Conduct research and analysis that focuses on product research, sourcing strategies, and procurement strategies.

• Explore and identify new business opportunities or scopes through market analysis.

• Analyze various functions of supply chain management to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Strategy Development:

• Recommend or suggest strategies based on research findings that align with current and future goals or business prospects.

• Provide insights and actionable recommendations to support decision-making processes.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with various departments to gather data, understand requirements, and implement strategies effectively.

• Collaborate with the supply chain and procurement teams to ensure alignment of strategies and objectives.
