∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Statistics
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide key analytics and insights to the top management and sales teams to ensure the leadership team has a clear pulse on the business, helping the team to drive business decisions and direct Sales strategy.
∎ Refine the end-to-end process of tracking the sales funnel and operational metrics, delivering regular insights to the business.
∎ Create, analyze, and maintain reports, dashboard on all sales metrics and KPI’s of national sales that assist top management in managing the business and measuring the progress and understating the complex data in a simple form.
∎ Delivery of daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to monitor business trends, performance, sales process and sales metrics, and key corporate initiatives.
∎ Assist with preparation of presentation materials for national sales, top management and other stakeholders (internal & external).
∎ Develop and automate customized dashboards tailored to specific business and team needs.
∎ Build strong collaborative relationships across the departments ensuring alignment with proposed strategies and plans and facilitate collaboration towards achieving common goals and outcomes.
∎ Track the performance of National Sales teams, perform strategic analysis, and design processes to enable the organization to scale efficiently.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 29 to 34 years
∎ Knowledge of financial numbers, ratios and their impact on the business.
∎ Strong analytical ability.
∎ Proficient with Microsoft Excel, advanced skills with Access, PowerPoint, and Word.
∎ Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment and partner with internal/external stakeholders.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to mobilize key stakeholders and engage leadership.
∎ Ability to analyze large sets of data from multiple perspectives to generate conclusions and drive decisions.
∎ Highly organized with excellent time management skills and strong attention to detail.
