∎ BBA / MBA major in Accounting, Finance, Marketing, MIS from any Reputed University
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to develop organizational Budget on capacity, Sales, Overhead cost, Headcount & CAPEX
∎ Able to arrange meetings as & when required
∎ Follow up capacity booking of all 13 cost center and help to follow up their daily performance in terms of set KPI's
∎ Assist HOD to post cost analysis against budget to understand the manufacturing & financial performance for each order sheet
∎ Analyze the current business trends for all customer in terms of Capacity share, FOB, CM/Min, Margin % to identify their growth potential
∎ Facilitate weekly CFT & Monthly EMC Meeting with MD, CEO & COO's
∎ Other Assignments given by Superior
Additional Requirements:

Salary: Tk. 25000 - 35000 (Monthly)
