Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE
∎ Bachelor or Masters in the discipline of CSE/ IT/ ICT or relevant subject
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understand the business as per client's requirement and make developer proficient to transform the business into the system.
∎ Manage the team as well as the project.
∎ Handle multiple projects concurrently. Support the production platform and ensure customer business needs are met.
∎ Maintain project plans and schedules and problem logs throughout the life of the project to ensure each project remains on schedule.
∎ Responsible for the coordinating meetings between team members.
∎ Experience practicing Agile, Scrum, or other rapid application development teams to deliver technology solutions that meet customer expectations for timeliness and quality
∎ Monitor the performance metrics and activity to evaluate capacity on an ongoing basis.
∎ Organize and manage various professional people working on a project.
∎ Make sure that the quality standards are met.
∎ Handle change management with client and developers.
∎ Report and escalate to management about any issue or improvement opportunities as needed.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have experience in software development environment.
∎ Must have knowledge on Software Development Life Cycle.
∎ Experienced in gathering software requirements and designing of a system.
∎ Knowledge on Project Management.
∎ Should be comfortable in client management and/or interaction.
∎ Strong leadership quality and ability
∎ Must be fluent in English in the form of written and verbal.
∎ Should be proficient in technical proposal writing and keeping follow-ups.
∎ Willingness to learn about new technologies.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
Salary: Negotiable
