∎ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
∎ Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements.
∎ Good understanding and experience of writing Project related documents such as BRD, SRS etc.
∎ Conduct meetings with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives.
∎ Develop user stories, use cases, and detailed functional specifications to guide the development process.
∎ Assist in the design of user interfaces and user experience (UI/UX) to ensure the product is intuitive and user-friendly.
∎ Work closely with Project Manager to ensure that project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
∎ Monitor progress of the project and adjust requirements as necessary based on evolving business needs.
∎ Prepare project documentation, including requirement specifications, process flows, and test cases.
∎ Participate in the development of test plans, test cases, and acceptance criteria.Assist in the execution of testing and validation processes to ensure that the final product meets the defined requirements.
∎ Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and obtain sign-off from stakeholders.
∎ Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and the technical team.
∎ Facilitate clear and continuous communication to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
∎ Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, risks, and issues.
∎ Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the software development lifecycle.
∎ Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to recommend enhancements to products and processes.
∎ Job Description : We are seeking a talented and driven Software Business Analyst to join our team, where you will act as a bridge between stakeholder needs and our development team. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, documenting processes, and supporting the software development lifecycle from concept to delivery. Collaborating closely with the Project Manager, to ensure the successful execution of our product roadmap.
